Well, i'm at a downtime on mmorpgs. I've played:
-conquer online
-silkoraod online
-planeshift
-legend of ares
-turf wars
-goonzu online
-gunz
-rakion
-voyage century
-rappelz
-ryl2
I really enjoyed silkroad online and rappelz untill the grind came. o yeah the depth in rappelz was weak. plus most of the games aside from a few mentioned above basically make you pay real money or you can't progress a reasonable rate. i'm currently playing ryl2 and after rappelz and silkroad the graphics are weak and the gameplay seems messy.
I would love a fully free 3d mmorpg that has great depth, less grind, and little or no use of item mall. planeshift would totally own the other games if it could just pull of better graphics and gameplay. still too unfinshed.

try turfbattles very fast lvl gain pretty fun indepth in pvpno need to use item mall. and ninedragon online its pretty fun i liked it better then silk road its got more character depth.
