Not sure, but I think I heard June 11th or 13th or something, so in a few days. Also, it's called Arad Senki (Arad Military History) over there.
There's not really much reason to play the Japanese version yet, as it's only got three playable characters and is generally like the Korean version was when it went open beta. The only real reason is that it might be easier to register, or easier to understand other players if you know Japanese.
