Default The next wow expansion

I personally think the next expansion should have more PVP guild based combat. They should open up Northrend and kinda make it a land grab for guilds and create guild warfare. To compete with warhammer and AOC in those senses. Also make couple new races and classes. I think this game needs new classes and they need to stop nerfing Priests before all priests die out.

What u guys think

i think it will be in northrend as you can partly see it on the map already and i think they'll raise the lvl cap again

Arthas's role in World of Warcraft is, as yet, unconfirmed. However, in the Eastern and Western Plaguelands the Scourge appears to be rising in power, a fact which has given rise to very ominous rumors of his return. He has a floating Necropolis, Naxxramas, built in the Eastern Plaguelands to bolster his army further. In charge of this 40-man raid instance is the Lich Kel'Thuzad. The voice of the Lich King is heard through out the Kel'Thuzad boss encounter.

Though very little has been revealed about Arthas' role in World of Warcraft, it has been rumored that the continent of Northrend will be the primary focus of the second expansion pack. Northrend houses the Frozen Throne and the ruins of the Nerubian kingdom Azjol-Nerub. There is no concrete evidence or citations from official Blizzard staff confirming the aforementioned content, but numerous implications on the game forums by various community managers support the notion. Many fans of Warcraft III believe that if Blizzard keeps true to the continuity of the story, that Arthas, if included in this rumored potential expansion, would probably be the most powerful single unit in the entire game. This is based on his single-handed defeat of Illidan, who is arguably the second most powerful character in the story, and also because Arthas has now ascended to a completely new level of power that is above and beyond any other non-monster, humanoid character in the Warcraft universe.

Blizzard employees have hinted that player characters will not stand a chance against Arthas until they are capable of advancing to level 90 at least. The level cap currently stands at 70 with the Burning Crusade expansion. Even then, Arthas is very likely to be the boss of a major raiding instance, and probably stronger than all but the most powerful raiding parties.

That true i heard Blizzard said even 40-raid all equip with epic woudn't stand a chance againts Arthas. If that so then all equip WoW:BC epic with powerful slot item wouldn't defeat Arthas. I still want to know where Kil'jaeden the dreinie that force Illdan to fight Arthas. What i heard Kil'jaeden give Illdan one more chance to defeat Arthas but he failed, now he ran away to Outland where he correnly rule. What happen after you defeat Illdan is Kil'jaeden suppose to be kill Illdan?.

For now, however, Illidan has failed, and the Lich King persists, having cheated The Deceiver by possessing Arthas. However, Kil'jaeden, being an ever-scheming eredar, likely had another plan in waiting. Though he rarely appears to personally take part in battles, it is rather likely that a plan is already in progress to take vengeance upon his enemies.

Kil'jaeden has taken personal command of the Burning Legion. It remains a mystery as to why he has not yet taken any action against Illidan for his failure. Exactly what his reaction will be to the draenei not only surviving, but joining the Alliance, is unclear. However, it's likely to be quite unpleasant.

while Kil'jaeden probably didn't buy Illidan's story, he knew that his best bet in destroying the traitor still lay in Illidan), and told him that if he failed again, he would face his "eternal wrath."

Hopefully a new class or two... I wasn't really looking forward to making a dranei or a blood elf when they are all the same classes. Oh, and maybe make new mid-level content. TBC basically touched just 1-20 for new races and 60-70 for everyone else.

When me and my guild were discussing this i thought why don't Blizzard introduce a new faction "The Burning Legion" yes i know it sounds stupid but there could be Quests where you Defend Helfire Citadel etc.

Or that in the next expansion the Exodar is ready to fly again and at the exodars Entrance if you are lvl 70+ you can enter a Portal that will put you on the exodar and when you enter it again you are on another Planet.

Silly ideas but maybe people can add to them.

or on northrend they can have illidan and arthas fighting. Thats where the 3rd fction comes in. And add way more classes. So northrend can be the 3rd factions homeland and place to lvl up

well they say when you fight illadin you don't kill him he runs away which leads you to thinking obviously somethings gonna happen with illadin later or they wouldn't let him live and if the next expansion is northrend then most likely theres gonna be something to do with having them fighting or maybe because arthas is so strong he helps.

I would like to see that but it would also be cool if illidan and arthas were fighting on teh frozen throne. that would give it alooot more dramatic feel lol
