Hey guys,
I'm only a lvl 10 dwarven rogue and I was wandering what is the quickest way to make money? What professions should I take up? I've read a few forums and some are saying to take up mining and skinning some are saying herbalism and mining. What ones should I do??? Thanks for your help!!!

good for money would be skinning and herbalism. Sell all your stuff in the AH you'll make loads of money.

Dont worry much about cash dude, as long as you can get your mount. Pick proffesions you would enjoy, like leatherworking and skinning. In the end it feels more rewarding making awesome crap to sell for loads on the AH. Outland will solve all you money problems. Around 100g per day? At least for me.

mining and something else i started a new character and made 10g by lvl 10 which was more then enough for me at that lvl

I chose Mining and Smithing (You can make some awsome stuff!) and the engineering skill also looks fun.

honestly forget mining,smithing leather an working go for enchanting because ppl go through armour an weapons every couple of lvl's

altho chanting cost a lot of money to get started in the end the cash rolls in

an also herbs an alchemist because once u use a potion its gone an ppl always need more if u get my drift

i should pick mining/skinning.

copper ores are kinda expensive, and skinning, wel, you can skin most of the beasts. and just sell the stuff on AH.

LOL. Id say that its pointless to try to enchant while forgetting all gathering professions. Think about it. It costs money, right...?

First, get money making professions... and make money.

USE THAT MONEY TO ENCHANT. Just drop skinning or mining endgame, or just make an alt purely for enchanting.

Forget gathering professions... not smart.

DO NOT TAKE MINING AND HERBALISM!

I cannot stress this enough.

Mining and skinning are the best way to go. It's easy money and easy. Keep both til level 40-45, then drop ONE. Then take up enchanting. By this stage you should be able to easily run through all low-level instances by yourself. Collect greens and disenchant them. This way you can get it up quick and easily (I should know, i did). As both professions get higher, you can make crap loads of gold from enchanting, and a steady income with one of the gathering professions.

i found ive made more money with herbalism

1 stack of copper ore sells for 1g on my server
1 stack of briarthorn on my server sells for 4g+ and theres a crap load of it in loch moden.

also ive made alot of money with just disenchanting scrap greens i get..in fact its probably the easiest way i make money.

buy 10 low lvl greens for 10s each and sell the disenchanted mats for 2-3g
