Seriously there are not a lot of free fps games that require teamwork, because when your playing with people you dont know, you automatically would rather protect your own ***, than someone else unless you're the scared kind of person who prefers hiding behind other players.

alot of teamwork consists in clans where you actually host up practices, strategies your members can follow like in warrock, or cs(not free though),tcelite.

what you want to do is make a clan or get in a clan and play some tcelite or warrock.

Counter-strike doesn't really require teamwork, it's more of having the right person with the right skills assigned to a certain part of the map =o

There's a upcomming FPS from turtlerock studios that'll be available from steam, 'left4dead' check it out.

urban terror(the stand alone version of quake 3) I actualley like this better than counter strike because of its level desighn

Tremulous aliens or humans you build turrets, set up outposts and such
one of my old favs

w: ET im playing this right now though it lags a little with
512 ram
256 ddr vid card
pentium 3
1.0 ghz
its gets the job done
