How the hell do u register with out a credit card?

can someone set me up an acct? i have a 60day game card i havent used for an year!

i cant get pass credit card page

I am from the Eur servers but it should be the same, When the CC page comes up there should be a choice to add game time with a few different CC's in one box then a box below will allow you to add a Gamecard.

If your making a account from scratch you need to either go buy WoW in stored not WoW:BC use the Keycode from in the box or order a Keycode with a CC from the site.
