Well... this is what i've been looking for...

1. Fast-Paced ACTION
2. Anywhere near the US
3. Lots of people, but not like Silkroad
4. great 3D graphics
5. Good Skill system
6. Active GMs
7. Good Combat System
8. FULLY FREE, may include those item shops
9. VERY FUN

Rakion has items shops,I don't think you'll find a free game like what you want whitout cash shops,unless it's B2P or P2P.
