It didn't mean it for real. *smacks you across the head* And don't tell me you didn't mean it either because that doesn't make sense. (that was so obvious...)

Maplestory has a heck load of grind. I never got to lvl 15 Seems low but I couldn't stand the grind, especially at such a low level. Mabinogi is grindy (takes forever for low levels to get to level 50) but the gameplay is fun so I don't care =3

Sure...You -CAN- Reach the max level in these games in a month or 2, but think about the AVARAGE gamer, the one who doesn't powerlevel 24/7 365, those are the ones that take more than 1 week to reach max

Flyff, Silkroad, Maple Story, and Lineage 2 are up there.

WoW is not a huge grind, at all. Casual players can hit 70 in about half a year (more or less). The reason why people have "no lifes" to it is because at 70, you have 2 choices if you wanna progress. One is to raid with your guild, which can take numerous hours. The other is to PvP, which depending on what you want, can take up a nice number of hours each day.

Raiding is really what cuts into the "no-life" factor IMO. It used to be PvP (The honor grind before 1.12) where people would spend around 7-10 hours a day grinding Honor points (PvP Points) for High Warlord Gear. Not so much anymore.

raiding not only causes no-life,
"My guild needs me for the raid, i have to go"
"My guild cant do the raid without me, i have to go to that raid"

since each guild have so many members, every member wants the good items, there are infinite number of raids to go. With infinite number of raids, u will find urself being "needed" in the raids more and more. Soon u no longer play the game, the game plays you

Haha true, also if you're not raiding or PvP'ing, you're most likely farming for Consumables for raiding.
