Yay! Thanks for the description.

I downloaded the demo but for some reason my computer wouldn't run it, but thanks for that info. Guess I'll just have to wait till ob. Hopefully you guys will show me the ropes when you are on

No problem. Just like to say Swordsman (as well as Musician) make excellent first time characters. The Swordsman area is probably one of the most well done, as far as how smooth it is to do quest in. Musician comes in a close second.

Is it just the first few levels where you have race specific areas? Because that would mean I'd have to be whatever class someone else is to play with them to understand the game...

You can leave your home town for any other town at any point you like. Usually though at around 20 is when quest for your race area begin to thin out. At that point you'll usually warp to another races Outpost. Each race has an outpost connected to their teleporter in town. It pretty much becomes your new quest hub for 10 to 20 depending on race.

You really won't need help with the quest believe it or not. They are really easy to figure out, as long as you have unicode set to Korean. The only quest that will ever give you problems are the dungeon quest (you don't get till later on), and the group quest (most races get first one at around 8/9 and really can't be solo'd till you are much higher then it).

Quest basically break down like this:
Kill x number of mobs
Kill x number of mobs and use this item on the dead mob
Kill x number of mobs but use this on them before you kill them
Explore point x
Use item at point x
Talk to x NPC
Deliver x to NPC

Game pretty much tells you where to go. None of the quest require any serious thought to them, you just need to pay attention to what's written, or what's marked on your map. Last beta I rolled my swordsman from 1 all the way to 30, completed mount quest, and completed Giga Quest. All that knowing exactly "zero" Korean.

Oh wow! That's really great to know!! I don't know any korean either so I'm glad it is playable for english audiences. I'm really excited to play this game now, and I'm hoping when it opens in a few weeks I'll find some other english players to play with.

Btw, the layout of the race outposts makes sense because Perfect World is pretty much the same- being that you usually don't intertwine with other races until level 20.

But i have problem in the game, select character, double click and error, any know Why ?
