Con is accuracy for dealer and dex is accuracy for the other 3 classes

Actually, con is accuracy for every class. If you look closely, when you raise your con, your accuracy also goes up. But me, I'm a hawker, and have like 100 dex.. my accuracy did not raise at all. Con raises accuracy not dex.
