Corrupt Goat

So, after reading a few posts and getting really lucky finding you know what I was able to create a dnf account. Now my questions are related to, where do I go to actually get the game, I found it under the RPG section of the hangame site and there are two options at the bottom of the screen, one has a female and one has a male, each have an oval with the word "DOWN" written in them. Do i need to d/l either one of those two items or is the d/l somewhere else entirely? If so, screenshots or a link to the d/l would be awesome, thank you very much!

Go to the homepage, www.d-fighter.com log in, click game start, it will begin downloading the game.

Its currently in maint.

also, are the servers listed in english somewhere i assume?? i will try to get onto the server that everyone is on ><

ummm...so...theres a pic of a woman and a guy at the bottom of the screen...i assume I cannot start d/l'ing until after maintenance is done? I d/l'ed the part w/ the woman and it gave me what i assume to be an arena of sorts where i fight a bunch of goblins over and over and over again in stages that become more difficult as you go on...also, i was wondering...is there any attack that does NOT use your MP up?

well the x button combo doesnt use mp but every skill uses up mp. You're playing the mini version i assume, the skills in the actual game dont drain ur mp that fast.

Is there no button to start d/l'ing the actual game during maintenance or am I just an idiot and cannot find it on this page?

okay, yeah i didn't know if it worked like wow where you could still d/l even while maintenance was going on or if you couldn't do anything until after they had finished with everything. Yeah it seems that each of the two items that can be D/L'ed are both mini games...one where you get to be a chica (no idea what type of char it is) and the other is a guy (swordsman?? ...no idea, never played the game yet)

Anyway, my other question was, what would be a good starting class for a beginner? I know I will eventually want to branch out into other classes but something that is fun and interesting but not too difficult to start out with...now I just need to read back through the 1000+ pages of posts and figure out what server you all are playing on ><

ahhhh is that it?? Shapeshifter...is that the server you guys play on (Korean version)?? I'm hoping so. Then all i will need is a ginvite whenever i get a chance to play so that i can actually talk to some people in english and figure out what the hell I'm doing *heh* Anyway, one other quick question, once I get into game, how will I accept a ginvite and how do i talk in gchat?

I do realize that you will have to know my char name but as of right now I do not have one obviously since the game is down.

when the game is finished with maint, u will get a picture of something (its random) and below it will say game start. after u log in and click game start it should automatically d/l and patch.

starting class? well u could go Ghost Knight (the swordsman) or Gunner (theres a male and a female gunner class). fighter if u want but i think there kinda complicated for a beginner.

the server u want to choose is siroco the shapeshifter which is the 4th server from the top. or u could go bakal which is the first but there population is rather dead ._.

and lastly when u get a box of korean characters but u see "The Golden Pig" inside it just click the button on the left and type in /g and a space to talk in guild.

EDIT: remember to have ur unicode in korean or else ur game will crash wen u start it.
go to control pannel>regional and language options>advanced>set to korean>check ALL boxes

Yea I reccoomend going Swordsman I started off as a Priest and lets just say it sucked =_=;;;

Currently im a level 28 girl gunner, and a 15 Soon To Be Battle Mage.

GK's and gunner's are pretty much the only ones with the simplest attacks. Fighter builds require a solid build, and multiple cancels, with lots of skills that are useful in everyway. If you play ranger, I suggest you start with spitfire, a good pvm class.
