dnf is leaving hangame so u gotta switch ur account to neople to play dnf, and they are making the switch on november 6th

i am trying to..but he said there moving the game. so if i sign up now i would only play for a little then it would move to neople which is Korean and if i remember Korean portals require me to get a kssn which i don't have.
so my question is , should i download Dnf or just forget about it. i would like some help here, i know its hard to help since there too many guides out there, but i am just confused right now as to the state of the game

well u could use ur own kssn, if u dont have ur own then no ._.
u can go play arado and have mechpopping lvl u if u dont live in the US, and if u do, hes not going to bother.
