What are the benefits/differences on the test server, anyway?

Test server you can buy 100,000 EXP books for like 100 gold, so you can be level 60 right off the bat. They delete characters every once in awhile, and all the new content goes there before the real servers.

Test server is only open when theres a patch that needs testing.

Go here for job change stuff, you need 60 blue cubes and 8 tau horns.

In arad you'll have to type //window then //full to go back

Since theres a lot of new players I figure I might as well make a auction search guide.

1. This is the field you enter the name of your item in. While not entirely needed, it can narrow down your search a lot if you can type atleast the first letter of the item.

2. This is the level field. Enter the level of the item you want to search for. You can also choose to search for every item between level x and level y.

3. This chooses what type of item you will search for. From top to bottom it is as follows:

Any Text Item
White
Blue
Purple/Green
Pink

4. This allows you to search for the desired number of upgrades the item has. Say you want only items with upgrades above +3 to show.



You'll see various sub-categories under the item type you pick, this is for Weapons.
There will be even more sub-categories under this one, for weapon types, but you'll be able to figure those out easily.



This is under Armor.
As with Weapons, there are sub-categories for the different pieces of armor (shoulder, belt, etc.) but they are also easy to figure out.



This is under Items.



This is what you'll see under Avatar, after you pick a class. You can look at the Weapons translation for what to choose as far as class goes.

Other Tips:

Everything else is very easy to search for, such as, accessories, pets, and emblems.

Make sure to specify the color of the text of the item you're searching for, this will narrow things down a LOT even for misc. items and so on.

Learning to type the first letter of the item you're searching for will almost always be enough to let you pick the exact item from a dropdown list of all the items that start with that letter in the category you're in.
