cna anyone sort me out on this unable to read block file help on updating the game ty

I cant login unless i 실명인증, its apparently something i have to confirm every year. I have no idea i to do it, can someone, probably a long time korean player, help me. My questions were ignored for 2 pages straight...

Ok, I may sound really stupid but... How do I pick up items? =P Oujisama, when does it pop up? When you login? A screenshot would be very helpful.

To pick up items, you go on top of them, and hit the normal attack button, 'x'. Simple as that.

ok i just started playing this game, played like 3 hours and i logged out then.Then when i try to log in hangame again, i get this thing:

From the guy it seems i'm banned or somehting, can anyone translate it?

played 2 hours, then logge doff and tried to log in, but i get this now:

Probably. It seems they found out you arn't meant to play the game. Who knows tho.

I think it means the gun is broken so it doesn't give anything.
