First of all ... Change the damn regional and language settings to Korean!! And this problem affects one of my friends so we re currently working on solution.

Thats a popup for the active x for entering your password. YOu have to have the active X installed which is called AnhLab and then have everything load up normally and then you can login, sometimes a weird popup will show up, just refresh the page and try again.
