Rest of the skill point you can put anything you want.
If you want the raise up Sniper rifle instead of Flame thrower booster or Gatling gun. then do the same skill but put Sniper rifle instead of those two.

dood, does high damage guns give more tech? cuz whenever i use the rapid gun, it gives me more style, then i used the firelock then my tech boosted up more.
