Its worth noting that after the patch last week that took out nostrums, some of the white quests are now giving a lot of exp again. Not all of them do, but generally quests with just sums of gold as reward will give you about half the exp of an epic now.

Asiankid. As far as infighter goes, you can leave ducking straight and ducking upper at one, but I highly stress that you max ducking body blow. This is a key Infighter skill.
As for the knights, by now I'm sure you got some help. I tend to have the most trouble with any fighter that wasn't a grappler (nen was kind of a pain due to their light resist). Hit and runs were the ideal thing and making almost religious use of that air stomp kick (you do have that right? You need 5 as a prereq for the hurricane kick, every fighter should have at least 1 of it...well maybe not nen but I'd get it anyway).
