Would this be a good build for Spitfire? This is something I just made up. Just want to hear your opinions.

it looks good to me! you might want to lower awakening and napalm bullet and raise G-35L lightning grenade, but if you are satisfied with that build then you don't have to listen to me

Don't max silver bullets. There's better skills you can use those points to invest in. Max both Niel Sniping and Ice Bullets and also don't get Ancient Wisdom.

Ok, but I tried to max Niel Sniping but it said I needed to be level 61. So should I keep silver bullet at maybe 15?

actually ancient memory is not that bad.

just a few things id note:

take 1 point off c4 and invest it into piercing bullets.
if you are going for silver bullets, max flash nades. (means: leave silver bullets at 5 and max flash nades

)
max neil sniping

And max niel means that u can lvl it anymore :P. The lvl 45 skills are so that u really cant make em. But ur gonna lvl them until u cant lvl them anymore.

AS he said niel needs for maxing lvl 61. I think it needs even more niel maxs lvl is 20 like most of the skills. But niel is a lvl 45 skill so u cant max it. You can max only lower lvl skills. So i was saying that he just lvl the skill as much as possible. Did u understand now or i need to make it alot clearer for u ?
