I also wish those DFO players can stop coming to the foreign games section to harass us kDnF players.

Wouldn't it be easier to find a matching set in the cash shop ingame?
Unless you're from DFO or Arad Senki, then we aren't obligated to help you. (Hopefully you aren't)

edit : found solution

The Korean model of DNF is a very good example of how to run a F2P game. Players are not pressured to buy items with real money, especially if they do not plan to PVP. Basically it's the true interpretation of NA Nexon's goal of letting players buy items only if they are having fun. These aesthetic equipments can be bought separately, letting you buy exactly what you want, and giving you the option to buy it FOREVER (someone said that most players don't even touch the temporary items in KDNF). This is exactly opposite of what NA Nexon likes to do, and rarely, if ever, offers the option to buy something permanently, choosing to charge players every 30 or 60 days for some pixels, just because they can. This AND the fact that we will be using the retarded gachapon system (which forces you to spend money on a RANDOM item) is what has the community in uproar.

The tone of our cash shop is completely different from that of KDNF. Instead of:

"Wow, look at that cute outfit! That would be fun to wear, I'm going to buy it"

we have:

"Oh man, now I have to buy ANOTHER EXP card from the cash shop, so much for that new outfit"

essentially causing players to generally hate the cash shop, seeing it as a chore instead of a privilege.

Add this to the fact that previews for the first items for sale in the cash shop look HORRENDOUS, and look nothing like the outfits on the various characters in Youtube videos of KDNF PVPer's. It is completely nonsensical to release inferior outfits in the NA version, and no excuse can be made to the counter.

Even though it's essentially the same game, the cash shop between kDnF and Arad are actually not that similar at all. Some of the cash items use different mechanics (bind cubes for example) and there's also certain avatars exclusive to Arad Senki (care to correct me on this Shade?).

In kDnF, players are also not pressured to buy cash points just to get certain event outfits or avatars. Avatars, emblems and even pets are easily put on sale at very affordable prices in terms of in-game gold (relative to cash cost). Avatars cost as cheap as 200k and up to 5 to 8 million per piece for rare avatars in terms of in-game gold. If you know how, you can earn cera points(cash points) in-game without much effort. But this requires a lot of outside trading, which is supposedly illegal. The easiest way is to establish contacts in-game if you know how.

Also if you can't find an avatar in the cash shop in kDnF, it's most likely an event avatar that was sold some time ago. Event avatars, unlike normal shop avatars, are only available in the cash shop during the event duration. Other than that, you have to purchase them from other players. Some event avatars give special bonuses on top of the base set bonus (which is also higher than normal avatars, but not as good as rares). Examples are bonus attack speed on pants or weapon.

Also do note that outfits are released based on updates. So you probably can't wear most of the outfits in kDnF until DFO has updated a hell lot. Like really, a hell lot.

Cash points also have an added benefit in kDnF. It allows you to transfer characters from server to server, be it individually or as a group (22,000 cera points per character, not inclusive of bulk discounts). Though there are certain limitations that come with transferring, such as only certain servers are allowed to have character transfers and only certain servers are allowed to receive characters, limited availability (for Ozma and Bakal) and others.

I've always had the tingly feeling that nexon (doesn't matter which) is leaning towards profiteering. DnF was way better of with hangame.

@bout kDnF Test Server :
2 more days till it makes it a week since the update on First Server. This is the first time I've waited this long for the first server to open.

If you understood what he meant, there's no need to get sassy.
