In the defense of newbies playing on the t-server before spending more time on the actual server, it does give you a chance to "play" with your skill spec and tweak it to your liking. Also lets you get an idea of dungeon layouts and monster abilities so that you don't get owned too badly if you try to solo higher level content (at least that's what I'm using it for right now.)

As for finding English players on an actual server, it's not exactly extremely easy to do so. We're sort of an "underground" community so you don't see people announcing it. Plus some Koreans like to use English for their names as well.

I am, aside from what Nanaya said I've been kinda avoiding any parties just in case. Also I have yet to join a guild because I wanna know my way around a whole lot more before I do so, because there are still things I don't know since I immigrated from DFO.

I avoided parties on all versions until level 43 - eventually the clear money you get from stages won't be enough to repair your gear at about that point, depending on class. So, with parties on higher modes you can pot less and not beat up your weapon quite as much as well as getting more clear money from the extra elites.

Also, thanks for the guy who answered a few of my basic questions earlier. I think I've sort of figured out the demon boss guy - basically the only boss who has owned me consistantly currently (yes, even at 46). Basically, if you go passive mode he just stands there buffing himself over and over again, which makes even his normal strikes 2-shot you even in the best gear - even on NORMAL MODE. So, the key is to literally be full on aggresive and don't let him get any buffs off (if you see anything resembling a cast bar stop him right away) and forget about straddling the vertical/horizontal line. And watch out for tombstones if you get knocked down near him - if you aren't a mage I think you are basically instantly dead then.....

Still don't know the answer to my other q's though - I have 10 PC coupons now, I see people using them, but I don't know how they are. I've tried right-clicking the card dealie etc. Maybe it's a cash shop thing?

You can use the PC coupons at Kanna. 10 coupons gets you a coin you can use in the machine next to her.
