it just means the buffs have to be casted because they aren't passive.

There are alot of english players, probably u havent botherd searching. If ur on ozma there shud be tons of newcomers.

It should tell you when you click on the different images in the server selection screen.

Oh.. wait. How do I change servers? I'm pretty sure that I didn't pick Ozma in the beginning when it gave me those 8 choices.

Edit: I feel incredibly stupid now. I found it how to change servers. Which channel do most people play on?
