mech changes came along with the street fighter update

by far the biggest alteration was the changing of Ez-8 Countdown from 30 seconds to 10 seconds, ****ing up half of mech's trap game

some other stuff changed too, lowered Robotics' effectiveness by about half, cut down Mecha Drop's damage, doubled Ex-S Viper's cooldown time

but they buffed Tempester! he still dies in 1 hit though

edit: not to say mechs are shitty now, they're still very solid; just pretty different from what they used to be, and definitely not the strongest of the gunners!

Black Lotus is a drop from later maps. You can get 2 from trading in two mage bloods to the mage NPC from her quest.

You upgrade items at the gunner NPC.

King's Road is just more exp? I don't know what you mean by extra.
