As for skills and skill builds. It is watever skills you find most usefull. But look at the first page of this thread. It gives some insight into the type of gunners their are.

it only says what they look like not what their specialty is(sept mechanic thats abit obvious) also i'll ask again since no one answered before and its like 2pages back, is there a whisper feature/command and is there a buddy/friend system and if there is how can i use it?

There's a whisper feature and buddy feature.
Usually, you buddy up with someone by adding them to buddy list.
That's the 4th icon on the top right corner, where the 4 icons span vertically.
the first tab in it is the buddy list and by pressing the add buddy button, you can just add them by name.
Or u can meet the fella and add him by clicking on him and adding him manually(the button is the picture of a body and a plus sign on it)
After adding, you can see if he's online and in the same channel as you. Clicking on ur buddy's name in buddy list, the choosing the speech bubble icon, you can start whispering to him lolz.

And a little titbit since it's not stated clearly. Only 2 characters can be made per day.

2007 Character Update!

Summoner's Skill update

Contract Summon, Freet.

Spirit Summons, Put two Lower spirit summon and make it into one.

Wisp's higher spirit, Glarine.

Stalker's higher spirit, Dead Murker.

Ice dude higher spirit, Aquaress

Adore, fire, higher spirit, Flame Hulk.

Contract summon, the level 40 one who doesn't do nothing! new skill for him.

Summoner's Awaking skill, Kasiais.

Battle Mage's Awaking skill, Transforming into a adult mage.

Fighter's update skill.

Striker
One Inch Punch

Shoulder thrust

Bone Crusher

Nen Master's new skill,
Charing up Nen wave

ya demon ill be on today for abit in like... a few minutes.

edit: heres the popup im getting when i try to remake my gunner i know its not the popup for you can only make 2guys per day, and its been like 16hours so ill try again in 8-10 but in case its something else thought i would post the screeny
