You're talking about Norton, aren't you? I only have McAfee but I accepted when it asked and the servers still didn't show up. I've reinstalled it and it's patching right now.
EDIT: At the screen where it has the two buttons and I think it's asking if you're at least 14, I chose the left button. Not sure if it matters.
ANOTHER EDIT: Okay, this time I check marked both things at the patch screen, it has more files to do this time. I think I may have solved this. I'll edit in the answer once it's done.
EDIT AGAIN: Well, that didn't work. Somebody help...Please...
