Alright im gonna be a Weapons master so i want to start getting the Ingredients i need already. Tell me if this is right:
One Colorless Cube
80 Peices of White Cube
3 Things called Bulion? Where do i get these?
And it said something i buy from The Wind Jin guy? Is that the Monk? Could you tell me where to get the stuff i need? Thanks!

I'm highly positive they changed the Weapon Master job change quest like they did with all the others.

I think you need the big cubes though im not sure. I know that you need to do expert's zombies for the last part.

How do i turn Small Cubes into Big Cubes?

I'm not sure what the quest is anymore, but it doesn't involve the hendon myre drops anymore, since they don't exist. You could still need cubes, and the item you need from Poongjin is the one gauntlet weapon he sells (its seperated from the other weapons). To turn small cubes into big cubes, you need 100 of the cube pieces, and talk to the guy in the tophat with the mechanic horse.

I tried getting A+ rank on the 2nd stage but it didn't work so i'm going to try and do it on the first stage now.
