I uninstalled and reinstalled .NET Frame work 1 2 and 3 in order with all the hotfixes, and still no luck.

Everyone's having that problem, even me. Tsu got it as well. I believe its not a system problem.
I believe its affecting everyone that is using Windows Vista only, or atleast I think cause most people who got this problem had Vista.
So far, I still have the problem hoping for DnF to goddam fix this, but we'll see. I might have to do something.

a few people with xp has the same problem, to fix this error you need someone else's dnf.exe file desu~. you can't fix it by reinstalling it, but oddly it works with somebody else's dnf.exe desu~ Tsu will save you~!

add Tsunaris2@hotmail.com to your contact list and ask for the file.
