That's pretty retarded, since earlier in the thread it was posted.

To be fair, the thread is an obnoxious 64 pages long. It'd take some sort of geeky man-god to withstand reading through all of it for a single answer...

God are you kidding me? I just started playing this game, and I came in here looking for help. Sure, if the first post was actively updated, and told me such potentially needed topics as they became answered, maybe a forum wouldn't be needed.

As it is right now, you got a 64 page topic that has no splitting whatsoever. Who the hell can read through the entire thing? Maybe a couple people, but it's hardly worth it. Not to mention that a lot of it is small talk. Not to mention on this page alone that people just refer questions back into this monstrous thread. It's pretty bad, and I don't get how YOU don't see it's bad. It's not much of a help thread now.

Your reason against a forum is pretty bad too. A forum doesn't have information by itself. NO FORUM DOES. A forum arises out from when like-minded people come together and help eachother out. That means if all of us just got up and moved to there, what difference would it make? You'd still have everything, since you could also just post the link to this topic from there, and it'd be most definitely be easier on the new people. Otherwise you're just being an elitist group of people.

What's best for everyone WOULD be a new forum, but I'm sad (and probably every other newbie to the game) that you would shoot down such an idea.

If you need help ask a question. Maybe you'll get an answer that helps. But if you're just gonna complain, leave. Don't make my mistakes. I'll be happy to answer your question if I know the answer.

@ PatDaBaker: Sorry man, I was being an asshole then. I do remember someone saying that they figured it out. Now that I think about it, I don't think they posted how actually, just they figured it out. Try PMing that person if you found it? Or wait for a non-asshole who knows the answer :P
