I suggest you both find a hangame thread. Some people make hangame accounts and can probably help you.

Japanese open beta is over for now. You'd have to wait for them to open again before you can play the Japanese version.

wtf, we're not talkin bout that, we already got past all that crap, but when we go to gamestart it redirects us to the terms and regulations page and when we submit it gives us an error, how bout you try it out.
