We know nothing about Arad Senki, we only play korean DnF, so we won't be able to help with any problems that are technical.

The ball pet thing comes from an event, only Oni would know the details.

If anyone can please please help me....please do so...this is for Arado senki

I reinstalled and it didnt work.

Iv changed all my options.

I get a max of 11 FPS and lowest as 9...its extremely strange considering it didnt do this last beta.

If anyone can figure out how to fix this please help, thanks.

Speak for yourself.

And technical problems aren't always game specific, sometimes they're simply PC problems. Even if its something you aren't good at or looked at before, you can at least try to help.

What browser are you using? I believe browsers (such as Firefox) which don't support ActiveX won't work right. If you are using IE, did you install anything when you first went onto the site? It's the required ActiveX.

Oh and you need to be logged in for it to work, just in case it was overlooked. Though you'd probably get an error, instead of it simply not working.

I really don't know what the problem could be. What's your PC specs? Maybe an update in video drivers could help. Maybe you need a windows updates like .NET Framework or SP2? Do you have the latest DirectX? I can't really think of any reason why this is happening to you and not anyone else.

Has anything changed at all on your PC since the last beta? And are you running in window or fullscreen mode, or does it happen in both?

You sure it's an event? There's a quest for it but I don't know what to do in it.

the official said that they realize some of the people have the problem and will inspect it.

collect 2 of every 7 type of different balloon and go to the npc beside the gunner npc to get the quest, then buy the crafting book which cost 505 from the same npc and combie the items together and give it to the npc to get the balloon pet
