It's locked until you dig up the KSSN and name to unlock it with.

to be honest, bakal is actually the best server for town pvp. i like how nobody gives a shit and stays outside of seria's cavern and waits to get jumped!

argh is there other way to patch faster? I kept restarting and awhile later it goes from 300kb/s to like 100b/s, always :/

Keep restarting the client, and it will go back to 300kb/s
