Try this thread. I had the exact same issue and I ended up having to log in using the regular www.hangame.com page first, before going to the DnF page every time.

Shit, turns out my controller works now, but J2K's button settings aren't affecting the game normally. If I move around using the control stick it works, if I move around using the D-Pad it works. But pressing buttons that I set up in J2k does not cause anything to happen in game.

Does this game support game pads already? Do I need to find a way to turn that off somehow? I can't read the options menu...

Antorus, that message that displayed simply said that you had made 3 failed attempts to log in to the game. After that it locks you out, and you have to get into a screen on the webpage that allows you to use your KSSN and your name to unlock the account. If you still have these, you should be able to unlock it, its just a matter of finding the part of the homepage that leads you to this unlock screen.
