Striker is the hardest to give build advise on, because EVERY single skill is a good skill and I can't think about a bad skill to max. If you want PVP max super armor, if you don't switch super armor with the crit buff. Thats generally the only common thing, and sometimes isn't even true.

With strikers is the stregth and attack bonus from Hard punch worth the speed loss?

And what is better (personal opinion) out of lightning dance and beat drive because with the build i have atm i can only get one maxed (or close to it).

If you noticed, Bone Breaker also increases hitstun/flinch too. Even though you get slower, the enemy has no chance to escape combos.

I don't think I've really heard of anyone maxing Beat Drive, and I personally wouldn't advise it. Theres just far better skills to invest in.
