decent as in

lvl 50 magic revolver : +12 or higher

lvl 50 rare revolver : +11 or higher

lvl 50 unique revolver : +10 or higher

ok, so i need a good/great revolver for the skill, got it. but still, should i put 1 point in it or max it? what about other skills like windmill, mech kick, raising shot, jack spike, that skill gives windmill another upper kick..etc?

If you go by the prereqs for the skills, you'll answer a ton of your own questions.

Just avoid:

Gun Guard (pvp only)
High Angle Sliding (pvp only)
Revenger (everyone should have level 1, but a lot of people complain so...)
Triple Clutch (pvp only)

Everything else is useful to have atleast at 1. I'm probably leaving stuff out but theres a general idea, just level it and get the prereqs for skills, you'll soon find out what skills you want.

It has to be atleast 5 to be money in PVP. Against monsters it just........ makes people mad at you.
