i agree. and their are so many better choices then runescape. p2p and f2p. if your going to pay for a game get a good mmo. runescape is boxy and the animations suck. the combat system is crappy and somewhat turnbased. ok you slash, then i slash, then you slash then i slash, then you eat. then i pray. then you die. and then i eat. interesting isnt it.

Honestly I don't look for good graphics in a game. The games with good graphics have all disappointed me. Take Maplestory. Why do people like that game? Someone said Runescape is all about leveling, well take a look at Maplestory. There is nothing to do BUT level. I like Runescape because it gives you the freedom to do many things. Personally, I enjoy woodcutting. And, honestly, who gives a fuck if you're called a noob once every 20 minutes. Turn public chat off then, for God's sake.

i know im somewhat reviving old s*** but okay
my opinion about runescape is:
its okay for an whilebut its just the comunity that buggs it
just wait for an while get higher in levels you might want to add me on xfire so i can run along with you give u some tips eventualy some stuff (up to mith daggers cause my smithing is kind of how do we say BAD!)but okay once youre in the mid level 20ies the game gets better (i know this isnt an opinion anymore but ok lol let me continue) since the most inabitants of runescape are cheap little pricks who think they are everything (despite the fact that im 14 years old) and they start whining cause you ask where something is
just tell them remember when you didnt know where what was
another tool is the world map you can press the map key and the bank the key you pressed will light up on the map
this was just my 2cents or something

I played Runescape for most of my younger life. I played it since I was 12! Yeah, 12. And I met lots of friends and never called anyone a noob. And honestly, I don't think the word noob was even popular yet.. Yeah, I played classic Runescape.. Not this new crap. The new crap is too easy. Anyways, yes, you all are right about the beggers, the little kids with no respect, and the ones that try to scam you, that can't even speak english. But, when you get in with the right friends.. The game becomes an everyday habit for a few hours, just because of the friends you made. This game was awesome, in classic, and the 3D one they have now. Hell, I might even see what's going on today in Runescape with my OLD character. And for the people trying out, don't worry about those flamers.. Just go on about your business and ask someone else. Or come to these forums and ask one of us for help. :]

That'd be too fun. Oh and Maplestory isn't just about leveling only, its got quests, party quests, jump quests, quests for questing, uberskills, friends, awesome equipment, etc.
