kinda new so i dont get some stuff. figuered ya'll can help me with it.

anyway, my acro uses a bow. but i want to lvl pulling to get fast walker and DI. but for some reason when i use pulling, it doesnt lvl up. ive spamed it so much ive used 200+ seconds refreshers. and still i get nothing

and i want a ? about capes. what does a guild need to do to get them?
