Ok i got it, basically it just means very lucky that the hairdryer hit him in the head. Much like getting a critical hit in a rpg Theres nothing wrong with you, but i just hope your friend knows you were joking

Natural 20 refers to the DnD 20 sided dice, or any other 20 sided dice.

those that don't understand this, this is due to that you don't play PRPGs(Paper Role Playing Games, also known as Tabletop Role Playing Games)
There is one game system that uses a 20 sided die to decide if you hit a target with your character. If you role a 20, it's a critical hit. Not only does it hit no matter what the armor class is, but it is also could be a critical hit, with the possibility of doing double, triple, or quadruple damage(depends on the weapon). But anyway, thats just awesome. Nothing wrong, just got a awesome sense of humor.
