Take Two shouldn't have dropped the charges when suing him. They did so if he would stop trying to ban their games because he was actually facing jail time for obstruction of justice, so they settled.
Looks like this may all happen again though, eh? He just never learns, does he?

Isn't there anything or anyone this guy won't sue?Man,he sues living and inanimated things!
