Well, I need to get fit because when summers over I gotta take 2 years of P.E, so I'm going to spend time outside but doing what? I want something that I can do like a sport, ex. Tricking(flips that are flashy) Martial arts, but the deal is, it has to be able to be done with just 1 person(me) cause everyone at my neighborhoud is like 2, and I dont have to go and spend $1000000's of dollars cause I have to buy stuff and I'm not getting a good salary, $10 a week allowance. Thanks for your help, I don't want to be stuck outside running. thats lame.

train in martial arts, biking, camping in the jungle of your own back yard (can be dangerous ), theres loads of things to do man.

Oooh-Ooh! Muay Thai. My aunt used a DVD training set for a week and lost 8 pounds. Of-course, she quit after that week - but who cares?
Get a trainer, and learn some Muay Thai. If not that, then TaeKwon Do. The girls will faint at the sight of your manly, hairless, muscular legs. |

I say don't take any martial art if you arn't going to stick to it and only doing it for summer.
No teacher wants someone coming in for one summer and not going through grades and shit... it's wasting there time and basically their life of training themselves to be a teacher, to teach people who are commited as he/she is. Do general activites what warm up the muscles... do some running... some swimming.. run on the beach, the sand so it has more pressure on the legs. hope you find what you are looking for anyway |
