Default Outside Activity?

Well, I need to get fit because when summers over I gotta take 2 years of P.E, so I'm going to spend time outside but doing what? I want something that I can do like a sport, ex. Tricking(flips that are flashy) Martial arts, but the deal is, it has to be able to be done with just 1 person(me) cause everyone at my neighborhoud is like 2, and I dont have to go and spend $1000000's of dollars cause I have to buy stuff and I'm not getting a good salary, $10 a week allowance. Thanks for your help, I don't want to be stuck outside running. thats lame.

There's this thing called balls. No these aren't the two objects hanging below your penis. These are things in which liquid is not secreeted. These things won't hurt when you kick them.

Some of these balls are thrown in baskets, some kicked in goals, and some are actually fun to play with. Yes, balls are fun to play with.

Unless you're extremely rich, then running is the way to go. Trust me. It's a good way to work your calfs, thighs, hips, and arms. Not only that, but it adds onto your cardiovascular fitness, meaning you'll have more endurance.

Afterwards, you can work on just about everything else in P.E.

O.o that of which we do not speak, ahhhhh the sun burns my eyes

train in martial arts, biking, camping in the jungle of your own back yard (can be dangerous ), theres loads of things to do man.

Oooh-Ooh! Muay Thai. My aunt used a DVD training set for a week and lost 8 pounds. Of-course, she quit after that week - but who cares?

Get a trainer, and learn some Muay Thai. If not that, then TaeKwon Do. The girls will faint at the sight of your manly, hairless, muscular legs.

I think you should learn Muaythai. In my summer holidays I'm gonna learn Aikido. You can also try swimming if you don't wanna learn any martial arts

I say don't take any martial art if you arn't going to stick to it and only doing it for summer.

No teacher wants someone coming in for one summer and not going through grades and shit... it's wasting there time and basically their life of training themselves to be a teacher, to teach people who are commited as he/she is.

Do general activites what warm up the muscles...
do some running... some swimming.. run on the beach, the sand so it has more pressure on the legs.
