ok well theres 2 ways to do this one way is using ms paint...just click the select all button or press ctrl+A and when the image is selected go to the bottom right corner of the pic and drag a bit upwards all the way on the bottom of ms paint itll show you the pics resolution then just drag till you get to 1024 x 768......and another way is by using a program such as paintshop pro, microsoft picture it or anything amongst those lines and you can drag the pic to make it smaller and it wont distort the pictures details.
