I just hit level 40 and I've only got 53g, which is 47g short of my mount. I was wondering what the best way to quickly make gold is at this point? I'm questing in Stranglethorn Vale currently and I just want to get my mount to make doing quests and getting around faster. I heard professions are a good way to make quick gold on the AH, but i haven't really invested in my two professions, which are mining and jewelcrafting. My mining is maybe in the 30's while my jewelcrafting is in the 50's.

ok...i kno 2 ways of makin the money u want.... u said u have mining so use it. raise it to about 120 and smelt all the bars u can find. on my server i sell 20 copper bars for 50s that is not alot fof makin 50g but itl get u started.this also applies to jewelcrafting. another way which is rly simple is farming. if u dont get bored of it or u do not like farming then wat can i say...

50s haha! i sell it for like 2G or boost ppl through DM for 2G for each person or just get lots of greens and sell them i usually sell all my greens for 1-2G and they all sell

i dont think u understood me....i meant copper bars on AH. but instance run thus also make a good amount of money and a good amount of greens/blues...maybe sometimes purples
