He doesn't get over 25fps. A game to run smoothly you should have it at around 40fps, and a FPS it's really recommended to go at 50fps so that it's completely smooth. In a FPS the action is fast and jumpy, and a slow frame rate can cause it to just skip some frames.

His computer is apparently really slow and lags, and because of that the hit-boxes are not where it should be.


I do not get the same results on my system, and I get a normal rate of fps

Just looked at it again, there are times when he's shooting that it goes as low as 2fps
He has a shitty system which lags the game. Because of the lag, he has shitty aim-boxes.
