see it doesnt work in wow tho. Guild things are really only good for instancing and playing bgs together or just messing around. So many people play wow they dont need to help people get higher lvl because thers always sumone that is ready to join.

if your not able to get good gear then its your own fault when you sign up to the game you don't get someone automatically assigned to you to get stuff for you and its not the guild leaders responsibility say that when your in a raid guild everyone will lol at you and kick you, even from level 1-10 its easy to make gold and have equipment ready for higher levels

have u ever been in a raiding group at all? go on go to stormwind and put in trade looking for raiding guild where guild leader will give me gear and watch as they lol

Wow you guys are freaking scary sometimmes its just a game and also i think its good to help you guildies but at the same time not do everything for them its good to be independant!
