How many hours of straight grinding does it take to level up at higher levels? That is, with a party I suppose and a very good leveling area.

Well don't know if you consider it high but i got a lvl 31 highlander(titan) took me since open beta but im extremly unactive to reach just that you could do it in 2 weeks if you wanted

I'd consider anything lvl 30+ to be high level in this game.
