It really not that hard to google or yahoo and find subbed animes ya know ... Just take a little time :/

I got a warning email from YouTube a few months back when I loaded a Japanese MTV up there ... =_=

yeah, YouTube banned me cause an anime series got licensed a week after I finished uploading it. Then they had the nerve to send me 80, "If youc continue to do this, you will be banned" e-mails 2 days after I got banned.

YouTube is very unorganized and on the fall. If all of theire illegal vids sudennly disappeared, they would go under.

Now, what you should do is try Veoh.com, that site is strictly about online series, however, it gets used to host TV shows as well. It's search function is much better, allowing users to create a "series" from which the can host related vids.
