it's been confirmed, Jap Cabal Has done the IP BAN, it was't announced, but it happend w/ the last update, I beleive they did it for same reasons as eu cabal. contract laws. So yeah, Without a jap proxy or somthign of the sorts, playing Jap Cabal atm is impossible.
