Need 10 of thier shiny colors or something for quest, plz someone tell me where they are at!

An easy way to get to Anima Lake is by talking to the guy near the boat in Adventurers plains and go to Junon Polis. Then just go north to get to Anima Lake.
In the lake itself, you'll find the Aqua mobs.
Another way is to buy a Teleportation Scroll or simply run there.

No it will take longer that way xD just go through everloon desert and go north east to find the teleport ^^

or on a cart:P if some1 gives you a ride xD running is cheaper then paying >.> and when you go through junon you will find some strong monsters that will attack you

All of the monsters outside of Junon Polis is easy for a level 30+.
Same with Anima Lake, where the highest level is 40ish?
Not hard at all~
And 5k is not that bad for a teleport scroll, or 1.2k for a boat ride~
