Okay me and 4 of my friends are gonna cash in 5 USD.
We are planning to start a Forein gaming website,which signs u up for any forein games on our list including ones with KSSN,and we will have a gamelist,forum ect...[Mabinogi,MAFAN,Ect..]
Now is this going to be a good idea,successful?Since i dont see any site out there with that sign up service[Not about guides]?
Since we are charging from 5-15$

You can't really "ignore" KSSN.
If your goal is to make foreign game accounts for people by stealing KSSNs,
it's likely that you'll receive a fine you won't be able to pay off in your lifetime.
On top of that, you'll probably go to jail for at least a few years.

It's a pretty serious offense, and getting caught will be extremely easy.

Unless you use a KSSN generator you are gonna get assraped. And most people know about kssn generators.

Ok, if you do this, and get thrown into prison then ugh....well here some advice my cousin told me (currently in jail) Your first day you should get into a fight. That way people know that your pirate booty isnt going to get stolen that easy. LMAO

I definitely suggest checking out the forums at ******* for a BUNCH of registration guides.

I think this would be a nice idea since a lot of people want to test out MMOs before they come here.

Your going to have a very hard time if your caught.

Also discussing the use and/or stealing of KSSN or any SSN for that matter is against OnRPG rules and the law.
