Even had Germany emerged victorious in WW2, I believe that ultimately they would have been shut down by means of America and other nations banding together. Communists don't like to share and are often more paranoid of eachother than the real threat. Needless to say, Germany was just a matter of weeks away from having the ability to use a nuclear bomb. Hell, the Cold War could have been three way as opposed to that between America and the USSR. I still don't think that they would have won, but even so our world would be completely different.
Deimos, I believe what Sandy was trying to imply wasn't that of "what if something or other is this way or that way." He meant that the "What if this HAD happened, or that HAD occured." He is correct in that the "what ifs" of our past are very trivial. We should learn from history, but those events never happened, so it's silly to think that they would have and what the consequences would have been. |

There wont be any nations to stand up against the Nazi threat besides America and the USSR if Germany becomes victorious..
