anyone know where to get the book for the dash skill? since its rare...

The Hustle Charm book is dropped by Ghosts~
And if you didn't know, ghosts comes at night. If you see a floating yellow ball-thing, it's a ghost. Kill as much as you can and it will eventually pop up.
