Well I just got a ipod 3 months ago (30gb) and then there's this one time when I broked my earphones, I heard you can get a new one for free if you just went on the apple site and say your earbuds are broken well I tried it and then just 2 or 3 days later new ones just came in my mailbox! The catch is that you must send in the broken ones back to them or they will charge you 30$ which is not bad because the earbuds are actually worth 40$. Well today my friend was messing around and tried to give me a dead leg -____- he kneed me hardest he can then all of a sudden he started screaming and hes like WTF IS IN YOUR POCKETS THAT SHIT HURTS!!! And that thing decided to be my ipod,I checked it and it was fine but until I went home theres this gay sad face that keeps popping up, tried everything. And I was wondering will apple replace or fix my ipod like they do to my earphones?

I think it'll be ok if its still within the warrenty period. Check your warrenty card/piece of paper/whatever, hopefully you didn't throw that and the receipt away.
